Introducing SpringLoad: Career Coaching for College Students and Recent Graduates

I am very excited to announce SpringLoad, the career coaching experience from Insider Career Strategies designed for college students and recent graduates preparing to enter the professional world.

SpringLoad is a personalized career coaching experience designed for students who may benefit from more individualized guidance as they prepare to enter the professional world. Moving from college into the professional world requires more than earning a degree. This new offering combines one-on-one coaching, practical career strategy, resume and LinkedIn support, and ongoing accountability to help students build the skills and confidence to launch their careers.

All while also giving parents and families a trusted resource to support that transition and complement traditional university career services.

Why Is Finding a Job After College So Challenging?

Since founding Insider Career Strategies in 2015, I’ve had the privilege of working with professionals in a variety of disciplines and at every point in their career journey, from students seeking their first internships, through mid-level professionals, to C-suite executives. The common thread is that job hunting is really, really hard and can often require specialized support. Especially in today’s rapidly evolving, artificial intelligence-driven job market.

Not that college is a piece of cake, either. In fact, it’s exhausting. Earning a degree involves a great deal of personal discipline, hard work, and brainpower.
