Here are three simple job hunting tips for you to begin your week!
- This might seem simple, but keep a list of the dates you worked at previous jobs. As you get older it gets harder to remember details of when you worked someplace - but trust me, somebody will want to know. The easiest way to handle this is to keep your resume up to date. Don't get ruled out for a job because you got the dates wrong on your application, and have to guess.
- Keep the perfume / cologne to a minimum on an interview. You never know when your interviewers could have raging allergies.
- If you want people to contact you about jobs, remember to include your contact information somewhere in your LinkedIn profile. Email's quite acceptable.
